Getting your vehicle repaired has never been easier. In just a few simple steps, your car will look even better than when you bought it.

Take a photo of the damage. Make sure it's clear and shows the entirety of the repair site.

Send the photo along with a small description and your best contact number to our team. This can be via Facebook or Instagram messenger, via email or through your Superb account.

A Superb representative will contact you to discuss a quote. They will ask for further details such as location, car make and model in order to accurately price the repair.

A repair technician will then get in contact to schedule a repair date.

Repair scratch or scrapes. Excluding lights, metal bumper bars, Chrome finishes, decals and internal structural damage including mounting brackets, damage to lights or headlight covers, damage to any electrical or mechanical mechanism for example reversing sensors, washer jets or any item / accessory equivalent.

Painted or Polished Alloy Wheel Scrapes
Repair painted alloy wheels scratch or scrapes by repairing damaged area. Excluding machine, chrome finished or powder coated alloy wheels and structural damage to the wheel. We do not guarantee an exact colour match when repainting any alloy wheel.

What is the repair process?
The repair process can vary depending on the damage, however the general process is as follows:
  1. Clean the damaged area
  2. Initial prep sand
  3. Apply adhesion promoter
  4. Mix and apply flexible filler
  5. Sand flexible filler
  6. Final sand and inspect
  7. Mix and apply paint to repaired area

Superb Scratch 'N Dent workmanship comes with a lifetime guarantee. If an issue arises due to our workmanship, we'll fix it.
